Redeeming Your Loyalty Points

    • Points are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Unused points will expire and cannot be reinstated.

    • Points are non-transferable and have no cash value. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.

    • Bath Haus Cronulla reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue the program or its benefits at any time, without prior notice.
